@philip_mcneill @BelTel I don't think he has been sentenced yet. He's pled guilty to lesser charges for which he'll be sentenced in January.
If his sentence is unduly lenient, it can be appealed by the Director of Public Prosecutions if there are sufficient grounds.
@BladeLisburn @CllrMichaelLong People with addictions, those who are destitute and reliant on charity to survive, are still human beings with feelings and families. Dismissing them as "junkies" or "beggars" is dehumanising and robs them of dignity.
