@GeraldinBelfast @StephenFarryMP This kind of delusional thinking could be forgiven (almost) when the reality wasn't actually hitting out community and voluntary sector hard. To still be in denial about the impact of the loss of EU funding streams at this point is wilfully ignorant.

ESF money is from across the EU, and we disproportionately benefited. We'll get less of UK replacement funds.

I regularly thank staff in shops, restaurants, hospitals, the Assembly, and all sorts of other places. Are they paid? Absolutely. Does that mean I'm not grateful? Absolutely not.

The role of the Justice Minister is to ensure the laws exist, not to implement them. In this case, they do.

I'm Irish. I'm also British. Neither is a reason why anyone would need to leave Alliance.

As they do, you can keep walking on by but the noise will follow and if you work in one of the businesses nearby, any chance of earning a living walks by with them.

RT @C_Bower: After all the rain, there are many pavements and roads experiencing flooding. Some flooding is a result of blocked gullies. I've reported these ones to the Department of Infrastructure and they will clear them this week. If there are any others needing attention let us know.
