@EBLoyalist1912 @paulhaganrea @CllrMichaelLong It isn't. It would be freedom of speech, but that doesn't give anyone the right to amplify that speech.
As they do, you can keep walking on by but the noise will follow and if you work in one of the businesses nearby, any chance of earning a living walks by with them.
