I'm well aware if the seriousness of the issue: we've been working with others to find more sustainable solutions for those in contact with the justice system.

The judiciary and their decisions are not within my remit: they are operationally independent of DoJ and the Minister.
If you have queries, you should write to the Judge or Lady Chief Justice.

They have a complaints process which is available in their website.
