I welcome the robust response from Ulster Fleadh Committee which is the sort of clear leadership required in such cases.

@HelenValliday5 I've no role in the PII process. As it's part of a live inquest, I am unable to comment on any aspect of the case. To do so could jeopardise the inquest, any future trial and be deemed contempt of court.
I, of course, want the family to know the circumstances of Noah's death.

@ToTravelIsToLi1 @TrevorLunnLV None. As justice minister I have no role in any live investigation/inquest. The PII is granted by the SoS, after a hearing before the Coroner.
As this is a live investigation, which could lead to criminal proceedings, any comment could be deemed contempt of court.
