@DavidMa91732333 @Kelmba People from right across the community vote @allianceparty today. We wouldn't have 17 MLAs in 12 constituencies if they didn't.
We want a united community to include everyone: that's as much the case now as ever.
@Steven_OConnor1 @BeattieDoug I already increased maximum sentences for some domestic and sexual offences. Preparatory work for a Sentencing Bill is also underway.
Actual sentences handed down are subject to guideline cases selected by the Judiciary.
Where sentencing is unduly lenient, PPS can appeal.
@DavidMa91732333 I topped the poll with 1st pref votes in East Belfast, as did @Kelmba in Strangford and a number of others. Our election had nothing to do with any 2nd preferences. Others benefited from transfers from all parties.

@ayer_mammy I'm no longer Justice Minister. I did, however, take every action within my power ahead of leaving office, to ensure that those elements of pay that can proceed, do.
However, without an Executive to agree public sector pay policy, implementation most of this cannot proceed.
