@mattleslie74 @allianceparty The comments were about reform (Bengoa). The issues in SWAH were not Bengoa reforms, but unplanned.

And I met SOAH today in Enniskillen with @PaulaJaneB discuss their 5 point plan. It was very positive and we're following up with DOH and the Trust.
