There has to be some give and take: there was none.
That's a recipe for disaster and then it was compounded by RHI and then the Irish language comments. >

@mc39763951 @SteveBakerHW All of that is history but our proposals would have prevented collapse then and would have again this time.
They work to prevent blocking in government and blocking of government. Cooperation and collaboration is incentivised.
That is good for everyone - unionists included.
