@Titter_of_wit @hq247Shiv @BelTel There is a Sentencing Bill prepared for this mandate and legislation I took through the Assembly in the last mandate did stipulate maximum sentences for a range of offences.
However, the judiciary are responsible for sentencing, based on pre-sentence reports and guideline cases.
