@SPENCE_JOHN @nadhimzahawi @hmtreasury I was sceptical of the voucher scheme for the same reason, and so never applied.
They will receive money: my point is those in most need could receive more if people not in need weren't getting a share of it.
Anyway, that chance of targeting is gone anyway.
