@McKinleyAn Erm...there are elements of them which we have called on the EU to agree.
Part of the issue is trust: acting unilaterally doesn't help build the trust needed to, for example, get agreement for the UK to operate a "green channel" for NI only goods.
We need to rebuild that trust.
