@JMG745 @BelfastBre @subjugatedsuzi @AmandaFBelfast There are rules about having to attend Council at least every 6 mths: not sure about the Assembly. A rule to say that, unless there is good reason, if you don't attend either the Chamber/Ctte for 3 mths you should be disqualified may well be in order.
