RT @davidcullinane: The crisis in home care needs to be urgently addressed. Over 1,000 patients are in hospital & cannot be discharged home due to a lack of home care. We need to regulate the sector & put in place a new collective pay agreement to help hire & retain more staff. @sinnfeinireland
