Today, I pay tribute to the victims of the #ArmenianGenocide, a campaign of extermination launched by the Ottomans 108 years ago. I deplore Azerbaijan's actions on the very eve on this anniversary, in flagrant violation of existing agreements and a binding ruling of the ICJ.
