Two years ago, the 2nd #NagornoKarabakh war ended with a ceasefire agreement. It hasn't solved the conflict – only negotiations can. 🇪🇺 & 🇺🇲 mediation is becoming more & more important. A fair peace agreement, that will guarantee the rights & security of the NK ppl, is needed.
