The data on abuse of the Free Travel Pass reveals that fraud is at 0.0004% Katie.

OAPs and those with disabilities are overwhelmingly, and as one would expect, considerate law abiding, non ticket abusing customers. You never had any reason to discriminate against us. We did nothing wrong.
