- Crecimiento y reformas...
Y mucho más.

Are EU countries' debts sustainable?
Collard, Habib, Panizza and Rochet use a framework where default is sometimes inevitable and find
- With high recovery (80%): only ITA and GR not sustainable
- With low (30%): also IRL, SPA, POR not sustainable https://cepr.org/voxeu/columns/assessing-debt-sustainability-euro-area

Best argument for industrial policy: Chips Act and IRA will provide noncollege work opportunities in intercoastal regions left behind by deindustrialization. As a result they may counter the populist backlash that led to Trump etc.

So Gazprom steals 2bn from a German oil and gas company which (unlike Shell or BP) stayed after the invasion to create "gas products that can be used to make fuel for Russian military jets"?

Enhorabuena a @JosepBorrellF.
