RT @shashj: I am very sceptical of these efforts to include non-violent competition and arms/aid in the definition of being “at war”. It conflates war as a metaphor (“war on drugs”) and war as an actual violent contest to get someone to submit to your will. Ukraine is at war. We aren’t.
