Enhancing the traceability of diamonds is a necessary step towards banning Russian blood diamonds. 👇
But it doesn't absolve Europe from the responsibility to impose sanctions on the Russian diamond industry. Time to put @ALROSA_official and it's CEO on the sanctions list.
