Re Dmytro Khyliuk is a human rights defender & journalist for independent 🇺🇦 news agency UNIAN. On 3 March 2022, he and his father were abducted by Russian forces. His father was released after 8 days, but the whereabouts of Dmytro Khyliuk remain unknown.
