At #EUCO: to speed up military aid to Ukraine, we must send a clear signal to defence industry to produce more. Price goes up with every delay.

My suggestion: could use mechanism similar to EU vaccine procurement. MS give funds, Commission procures, aid goes directly to #Ukraine
