Good exchange with the Foreign Minister of Kosovo, @gervallaschwarz. The dialogue between #Belgrade & #Pristina is of great importance. Further progress is urgently needed and both sides must make compromises. In addition, visa liberalization for #Kosovo is needed. 🇽🇰🇦🇹
