#Kosovo is the last remaining visa-requiring Western Balkan state. Kosovo fulfils all 95 benchmarks for visa liberalisation, and the EU Parliament has repeatedly spoken out in favour of visa liberalisation. It is time to finally realise the visa liberalisation for Kosovo. (3/3)
