... i myślę, że w Polsce powinno istnieć porozumienie ponad podziałami, że żadnych naszych konfliktów ani sporów ani z hitleryzmem ani ze stalinizmem nie porównujemy, bo obrażamy pamięć milionów naszych ofiar tych ludobójczych reżimów i relatywizujemy ich zbrodnie.

Wybór na posła czy radnego nie jest przywilejem wybranego lecz prawem jego wyborców.
Wygaszanie mandatów to w istocie wygaszanie głosów wyborców. Demokracja minus, "sądokracja plus".
Zostawiłbym wyjątek dla pozbawienia praw publicznych za najcięższe zbrodnie.

Dziękuję Panie Jacku, że Pan, Polski Rolnik przedstawił tę sprawiedliwą ocenę polskiej ustawy chroniącej ziemię rolną przed spekulacyjnym nie-rolniczym wykupem. Pomogły mi w jej napisaniu i przeprowadzeniu protesty rolników, głównie z Pomorza Zachodniego, za co też dziękuję.

There is a choice in industry - instead of coal, wind, sun, atom.
A farmer will not fertilize the land with the sun, nor will he feed his animals with the wind.

1. Wyrok I instancji był niesprawiedliwy, II instancji bezprawny.
2. Łaska była prawnie skuteczna ale po niej nastąpiły "fakty dokonane".
3. Wobec tego potrzebna jest druga łaska - zatarcie skazania i uznanie go za niebyłe, co nie koliduje z pierwszą łaską.
Taki jest mój pogląd.
