A propos zakresu prawa łaski, ogólnie - otóż bywają sytuacje, że sam proces jest stokroć gorszy od kary, która po nim następuje albo i nie następuje. Chociażby niekończące się areszty, gorsze w rygorach od kary po wyroku. Nie widzę podstaw wykluczania łaski w takich sprawach.

Uzasadnienie może być następujące: pierwsza łaska była legalna i skuteczna, skoro jednak po niej nastąpiło nielegalne skazanie, to trzeba je uznać za niebyłe i zatrzeć, razem ze wszystkimi następstwami. To w niczym nie podważa ani nie dyskwalifikuje pierwszej łaski.

Jest możliwość drugiej łaski bez kolizji z pierwszą - zatarcie skazania, co w myśl art. 106 kk powoduje uznanie go za niebyłe i kasuje wszystkie jego skutki, zarówno karne jak i pozakarne, np. te w zakresie "prawa wybieralności" czy zdolności do pełnienia funkcji publicznych.

Średnia wysokość dopłat bezpośrednich w Polsce powyżej średniej w UE-27!
Jest lepiej niż moje wstępne i ostrożne szacunki przewidywały. Wyrównanie dopłat nie tylko w grupie gospodarstw do 50 ha ale we wszystkich!
