To był jeden z głównych tematów rozmów, Panie Adrianie. Średni wiek rolnika japońskiego to 68 lat, a mimo wszystko dają radę.

A privilege to visit the beautiful Daizenji Temple, a sacred site whose history is entwined with the cultivation of Koshu grapes.
Just like our monastic brewers in Europe, the temple’s monks continue to grow grapes and make wine to this day. t.co/x3BUc7cKJi

The final stop on my field trip is the Mercian Katsunuma Winery in Yamanshi, a centre of wine-making in 🇯🇵.
Yamanshi wine 🍷 was among the first Japanese GIs included in our EU-Japan EPA - a great example of how our partnership promotes new tastes and protects old traditions. t.co/HIHqOESbjA

During my missions abroad, it is always a priority and a pleasure to meet with farmers and gain their perspectives from the ground.
Today I am meeting soybean farmers who cultivate Akebono Daizu (a highly sought-after variety of edamame bean) at the feet of Mount Fuji. t.co/OgEPplBljm
