@john4brexit Licences aren't owned, people have the entitlement, they are a national asset in line with MAGP.
EU have applied tariffs & conditions.
If we had taken back control, EU would be buying UK fish.
Whn Iceland threw UK out of their waters we were buy'g fish from them within weeks
