@Rob_Kimbell 54 % of the UK quota ( public asset) is held by flagships, vessels on British Register owned by foreign interests.
These vessels are non dom in the UK they contribute nothing to the treasury.
We must reinstate the 1988 Merchant Shipping Act.
The UK must have full control.
