@BethRigby This is the legal position which was sanctioned by Parliament !!! She was absolutely clear about the ‘safe spaces’ eg toilets / changing rooms etc for women in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and made clear we have no control over the Scottish Gov position which is dire frankly !
