To summarise:
Ukraine's grain, more than 10% of the world's food supply, has been blockaded by Russia in the Black Sea.
But Russia prefers to talk about the EU sanctioning 1% of cargo to Kaliningrad, which is steel, which is not food.

Recommendation of @EU_Commission to grant 🇺🇦Ukraine candidate status is as much a victory for #Ukraine as is for #Europe. Ukraine with sheding blood for its independence is also helping the 🇪🇺European Union to emerge as a real geopolitical union.
