@lfcest1892 @danny_mercer @ManLikeTooly The. NHS doesn’t need to compete with the US. Very few of our doctors are cash driven. But they (junior doctors in particular) are treated like shit, and paid buttons for the privilege. If we balanced it out a bit- not a lot; just a wee bit- it would make all the difference.
