Braverman at least is being honest,as common sense dictates illegal immigrants will continue to use ECHR appeals to prevent deportations.
ECHR was not drafted to allow such abuses that is a shame for genuine asylum seekers.

Unfortunately Parliament will not be seen as sovereign while criminals who pass through safe countries can use broken laws to prevent removal by claiming asylum.

NHS officials must be regulated, but so should other officials as too many escape any form of accountability.
Such accountability would prevent dedicated officials, including civil servants being dragged down by incompetent ones.
