I had to visit A&E last year with my daughter and saw some terrible scenes.Staff excellent, but no security person that was so badly needed.
I would never allow my staff ever not to have security if subject to such actions .

Is it not surprising when the Police have in effect decriminalised shop lifting by refusing to prosecute if stealing below £ 100.
No custodial sentences even if shoplifter uses a knife!

RT by @englandkerrmep: A whistleblowing priest has revealed that the Church of England has become a “conveyor belt for asylum seeker fake conversions”. What an absolute mess. ⬇️ telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/02/0

As a solicitor I have been deeply troubled by apparent political views of the judiciary that is contrary to elected views .
We should consider more of a US version that has enabled it to become so great and powerful.

The corruption in the Post Office is so deep and long entrenched transfer of ownership is a sensible alternative.
Governments tried this similar action with MOD over blatant corruption, but failed, better luck here!

My heart goes out in particular to all those young innocent people butchered and maimed in the Birmingham pub bombings by cowardly scum who were not bought to justice.

Majority of civil servants are very honest but a minority are dishonest that can cause injustice, yet not held to account.
Had a great MP who personally hand delivered a letter to a Minister to avoid corrupt civil servants, who acted!

Great result as the world’s attention will watch more closely at what is going on, better for everyone including long term interest of Israel.
Governments will be under greater pressure to encourage an end to unnecessary carnage.

When or when will the victims of the Post Office see proper justice with the Police making arrests and proper compensation paid out.
The longer it takes the more it looks like an establishment cover up.

Good idea, but unfortunately not likely to occur as the courts will not even jail persons at times when knives used in a robbery.
Shop lifters not prosecuted if less than £100 stolen,so no surprise the criminals plague our society.

The victims should be made proper and fair interim payments, not with unfair restrictions as currently offered.

More you hear the worse it gets from the deceitful, corrupt practices of the powerful on ordinary decent people, yet where are the Police and the professional bodies to hold the corrupt to account?
Royals would be treated differently?

Judges who refused to allow evidence of defects in Fujitsu should be held to account, but do not hold your breath.
Solicitors regulatory body, SRA , have upset many solicitors by refusing to investigate immediately.
Rather smells.

Until there are prosecutions for those responsible, including civil servants, the public will feel the victims have never received justice.
Prosecutions would be an example to others not to cover up corruption, that is widespread.
