R to @daniel_freund: 1⃣TAKE AWAY HIS VOTING RIGHTS: Article-7-procedure allows for suspension of voting rights if EU values are being breached. Article 7 was launched against Hungary 6(!) years ago. But it was never voted in the Council. About time! /2
