As the EP Permanent Rapporteur for Humanitarian Aid, I met today with the Rev. Peter Kariuki, Bishop of Marsabit, Isacko Molu Executive Director of Caritas Marsabit and other members of the team that lead a development and humanitarian aid project in that Kenyan county.
