Sistema wanted £4m to spread Big Noise Torry across the city.
I disagreed & asked them to keep Big Noise Torry in Torry.
The Scottish Government is not giving the funding to Sistema to spread Big Noise Torry across the city, instead they are giving Sistema Scotland £1.5m.
