@AlastairGossip @BenHendry1 You’re equating that £4m from Aberdeen City Council on Wednesday is equivalent to £1.5m for the whole of Scotland today, it isn’t and it can’t be.
I am delighted that Sistema changed their mind after Wednesday and now appear to agree to not spread Big Noise Torry across the city.
