Prediction.
There'll be no flights to Rwanda.
No one will be sent there. But we shall receive some Rwanda asylum seekers, as agreed.
And a lot of money will be spent by the Conservatives trying to make the impossible possible (in the hope of keeping 1% of voters happy).
