Dear Mr Sunak, here's an example of why we don't *all* need to pay more tax.
What we need is to share these profits. Or rather to reclaim this money, which is ours. Some of it is from the treasury.

It's the story of our times.

RT @stellacreasy: The Home Secretary just refused to publish details of contract for care of hundreds of refugee children she’s placed in hotels - often 7 to a room - whilst claiming must be nice as it’s costing £150 a night. She either has no idea what she’s commissioned or just doesn’t care.

RT @chunkymark: Economically illiterate donkey Prime Minister.. Eeyore eeyore!! Brexit disaster Sunak is gonna put your taxes up to pay for their Tory gravy FFS!!!

Dear Mr Sunak, it is *not* necessary for *everyone* to pay more tax. Do you not see that *some* people and *some* industries are raking in more money than they need and more than enough to fill your black hole? Also your black hole will get bigger if you let inequality get worse?

@Cadoret That seems to me to be the only plausible thing. Doesn't that idea seem utterly disgusting? Isn't making personal gains from a crime scene a criminal offence?

@rf_mackenzie Yes, she's supposedly a lawyer too. She must know that it's not OK, not acceptable and risky. Clearly shouldn't be allowed anywhere near government information.

@Pablolaments Migrant: an animal that migrates. Tourists and holiday makers migrate. Human beings migrate for a variety of reasons. Many people who migrate spend some time in a hotel. Hotels are there to give temporary accommodation to human beings who are migrating for whatever reason.

Most people in hotels are migrants. Hardly anyone is permanently resident in a hotel these days. What does 'public' mean exactly?
RT @GaryLineker: Human beings side by side in hotels with fellow human beings.

If you take away verification or make it a paid for privilege it will lose its value! Basic business ignorance.

RT @RichardJMurphy: It would be easy to stop the dinghy traffic across the Channel. We just need to give those applying for asylum here boat tickets and then all the money wasted and all the lives risked by the dinghy traffic would end, and the net outcome would be the same: people here in the UK.

RT @elaine_patten: Me neither, or the placid acceptance of waiting hours for admission on a trolley in a corridor, losing all dignity & privacy. Why are more people not kicking up a fuss, it’s not even winter yet! Write to your MP’s, flood their inboxes, your NHS needs you!

Why would you send a draft document to someone who is not involved in the preparation of the document, is not a member of your staff or junior minister in your department, and has no role in the discussion, and ask them what they think?

If you need to do official business in the car you need your official work phone and tablet or laptop to do it on. If you have only your private phone (the thing you need least) you aren't equipped for the job and can't do the job.
