Interesting philosophically. Is it the case that a lot of people are unclear about the fact that you can hold an opinion that is untrue, unjust and unkind, and that is a fact about you, and about the opinion, and hence stating that it is so is a statement of fact? And truth apt.

Average wages have increased 3% under the Tories (Labour shadow chancellor). Always we should beware of "average wages". The problem is real people's salaries, especially in the public sector. It's not good enough to count the increases in private sector and look at averages.

It would be better to have the debt lower because GDP rose, rather than not borrowing. Borrowing is not a deferred tax. It's a way to invest in future generations.

You know what: you need to grow the public spending and then that leads to growth in revenue and GDP.
Tories don't understand. If you cut the public spending and investment, revenues fall and the balance of in-and-out get worse. They think the wrong way round.
