I wonder how many of the original authors whose words are used without attribution are women, whose work is being erased by a woman claiming credit for a book that is itself probably compiled by ghost writers (who may well be women). 🙄

RT by @catherinerowett: is back, damn you

1. Britain faces a crisis in health, education, farming, energy, housing, childcare, social care, imports, exports, manufacturing, services, debt, growth and infrastructure, so Rishi Sunak announced his grand plan to slightly alter A-Levels

RT by @catherinerowett: 12. Only 3% of Brits think Sunak is doing a good job

13. To put this into context, 3% of Brits think the earth is flat

14. As evidence of Sunak’s stunning abilities, the Tories lost two incredibly safe seats in byelections

RT by @catherinerowett: 22. Tory policies led to 3.8 million Brits living in destitution last year, a rise of 148% since Sunak implemented his plan to make us all rich

23. A record-shattering 1 million of the destitute are children

24. The destitution was mainly caused by Tory benefit freezes

RT by @catherinerowett: Commons suspends Peter Bone from the House for six weeks without any dissent. Six weeks is enough to trigger a recall petition in Wellingborough - so now likely just a matter of time before he resigns - triggering a by-election.

R to @catherinerowett: So it seems you wouldn't need permission from South Norfolk district council to put pigs out in the fields in little huts.
You'd need a permit if you were going to start factory farming pigs, but not if you had less than 2000 pigs in free range conditions.

RT by @catherinerowett: Before 7 October, 100+ trucks a day carried aid and supplies into Gaza. Since then, only 54 have been allowed through. This is a far cry from what is needed for 2 million+ people. Sufficient humanitarian aid must be allowed into Gaza urgently and Israel's illegal blockade lifted.

So the council pays your money to a farmer to close his piggery and convert the land to arable or vegetables etc.
And developers build thousands of new homes across Norfolk with the offset. But...

R to @catherinerowett: There's nothing to stop the next farm being converted from arable to piggies. He can just move his piggies next door, no? And still drain effluent into the river.🤔
So we have all his piggies on another field instead.
And all the houses.
And all the pollution.
I smell a rat.

RT by @catherinerowett: Would be better to criticise the ways in which the strategy doesn't actually deliver what it aims at, and is undermined by the actions of @plant_graham, cancelling the scheme that made exchange street ok for prams and wheelchairs, and by the county's speed management strategy.

Private interests being embedded in public infrastructures as revenue streams by sponsored politicians with private interests, unaccountable to The People, is the very definition of corruption.
