Disgraced prime ministers who've been found guilty & fined while in office and are under investigation for breaking HOC rules should not be permitted to nominate people for honours. Those associated with their crimes or corruption should be barred from the Lords for life. Agreed?

There's no problem with the signage. The sign says the road is closed. There's a problem with drivers knowing that it's a short cut to where they want to be, and thinking they are personally entitled to use the roads if it's convenient for them.
