@BylinesEast Yes, and he thinks an ethics adviser was someone who devised the excuse that gets you off the hook, and makes it seem as if it's all OK. That's why it was such a surprise when he found that the ethics man quit, when all he asked him to do was to find a suitable justification.

Not that there is cross party support for continuing the tariffs beyond, illegally, without WTO permission.
