RT by @catherinerowett: The 3 million individuals and businesses entirely or largely excluded from government Covid-19 financial was yet another scandalous injustice. Innocent, hardworking people excluded from financial support even though HMRC had their tax returns.

Many self-employed who lost their livelihoods, homes, some their lives - all abandoned by Rishi Sunak.
