Re @carolynrroberts @EDP24 .@TheGreenParty would end shareholder payouts until sewage discharges are stopped, forcing water companies to invest in upgrading our crumbling sewage infrastructure. We would then bring water companies into public hands to ensure they are run for public good, not private profit.
