@D_Raval They don't select a Tory majority. They select the audience to match the proportions who voted. That means (former) Tory voters were the largest group but not more than half.

@catherinerowett A majority of voters voted against every government—without exception—since 1933. Both the Tories and Labour are fiercely protective of the first-past-the-post electoral system because it has the potential to benefit them electorally. FPTP is unethical, unacceptable and undemocratic; we have the illusion of democracy. Beware of the politicians that would say anything to get elected.
