The way to avoid disruption is to allow #Unions to call off strikes, in expectation of serious, willing, honest discussions, and then hold those negotiations with a good will, hearing about the conditions & problems that you've caused, and understanding why you are responsible.

You need to understand that the cost of the #NHS is aggravated, not relieved, by adding private sector purchasing and provisions. You need to look at why it costs more to draft in agency staff than to raise the pay to retain regular staff. #NHSPrivatisation

You need to look at why having a hugely efficient quick & responsive health service, and taking public #health as a priority, yields multiple times its costs in supporting a healthy working population who can do the jobs they need to do (and not have to go off sick or on strike).

And a prerequisite for serious sensible talks about how to resolve the issues requires that you first take proper advice in economics: how public finances work; why low public sector pay leads to recession and doesn't save any public funds but rather drains the public purse.
