@greenmattbfd @AnnaBatchelor The franchise needs to be terminated and the trains taken over as a public service with adequate public investment & salaries, to secure staff, rolling stock and maintenance. It's a disgrace! Where is our government? Oh, I forgot. They're on the side of the shareholders. D'oh!
