@ACarpenDigital What does it mean, offset by the reduction in output elsewhere? I suppose this is someone who thought that oil is "squandered" if it's not increasing industry and jobs and therefore "growth"? The real problem is that it was sold cheap, so no one prioritised heat-saving homes.
