@emurrie91 It’s not just since Covid though. Things have got ‘very out of balance’ in the South Hams because not a single unit of social housing has been built in years. Affordable housing isn’t affordable for anyone. And there have been no limits on the proportion of second homes.

Increased wages will go into the economy (helping Tory obsession with growth). And at least a third will come back in tax receipts. The figures they keep throwing around have been proven to be wrong (see full fact).
